All orders are processed on weekdays during normal business days during normal business hours. After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation to your email and another email when your order has shipped. Your order number is also provided at the end of check out.

We know that not everyone lives boldly, so discretion is one of our top priorities. Any Yocan product ordered from our website ships in discreet packaging and is delivered straight to your door.

 

 

Shipping Options and Rates

Yocan Shipping Policy - options

Shipping rates are established by carriers. Shipping options available in your area will be made available during the checkout process. 

Yocan orders can be delivered to locations within North America and other approved areas. Free Shipping on orders over $50 only applies to United States customers (only contiguous states). International fees will apply to any order out of the US, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

Please note, if expedited shipping is available in your area, that orders placed outside of normal business hours will be processed on the next business day. This service does not expedite the processing time. 

Shipping options vary based on your location and the size of the order. Available options are displayed during check out.
Shipping times depend on the shipping method selected and the carrier operating status. We advise ordering ahead during peak holiday shopping seasons to avoid delays. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Yocan Shipping Policy - lost

Yocan is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after the tracking information shows "delivered." If it is stolen or lost, it is not our responsibility to replace the product or refund you for the loss.

If you have not received the package after the tracking information shows "delivered," please ask all your house members. Someone might have accidentally taken your package. If you still have not received your package, please go to your local post office and ask them about your package. They might have it or might deliver your package 1-3 days after the tracking shows "delivered."

DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING

If in the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged and unusable, you must notify us within 72 hours from date of delivery. Please email us the following photos, as well.

  • Photo of A Whole Damaged Product 
  • Close-up Shot of the Damaged Part
  • Outside of the Shipping Box / Envelop (Any Dent)
  • Inside of the Shipping Box / Envelop

We will take care of you upon receiving your initial email. 

MISSING ITEM/S OR PART/S

If in the unfortunate event that your order arrives and you find that an item or part is missing, you must notify us within 72 hours from date of delivery. Please email us the following photos, as well.

  • A Close-up and Clear Photo of All the Items in the Package/Box
  • A Clear Video showing All the Items in the Package/Box

We will take care of you upon receiving your initial email.
